Since 1933, Cavey's has strived to offer you seasonally inspired menus, locally sourced ingredients and three generations of Cavagnaro family recipes. Our breads, herb-infused olive oils, cask-aged vinegars, and limoncello are all made in-house, and our award winning library of perfectly matured French and Italian wine is the best in Connecticut. Chef Stephen Cavagnaro is constantly exploring wine-cellars and vineyards across Europe to find just the right expression, and his lifetime of experience helps us choose the best moment to pluck it from our cellar.
Our innovative tasting menus often feature leading-edge culinary techniques, but while Cavey's classic fare may have a modern-twist, we never forget where we came from.
